Unfortunately, my experience tonight did not align with the standard I expected. The burger arrived completely ice cold, even though the restaurant is only 3.5 miles away and the driver came directly here. The fries were requested crispy, yet they arrived overcooked, dry, and ice cold—I had to reheat them in the oven, which makes it clear they were not freshly prepared.
I also requested extra lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. While the vegetables were placed on the side as noted, the portions were minimal, not “extra.” The packaging was another issue: additional dressings and cold items were placed loosely on top of the burger, which caused the bun to turn soggy. Quality should not be dependent on ordering 30 minutes before closing. Open is open, and standards should still apply.
The one positive part of the experience was the service. Jasmine, the manager, was excellent—professional, accommodating, and solution-focused. My concerns are strictly about food quality and packaging, not the customer service.
I chose Red Robin tonight instead of Whataburger, and unfortunately, that was a mistake. Sharing this for transparency and in hopes that overall quality control improves."
