"We have ordered the Springer Mountain Chicken Melt several times. It used to be sooo good. It was a whole chicken breast on a wonderful piece of thick pita bread. This wasn't that long ago, just in the last few months. Today and the last time we ordered it, which was as a few weeks ago, it was so disappointing. It seems to be chicken thigh meat and the bread is undercooked pizza dough. Sadly, it's not good. We gave them another chance on the sandwich, because it used to be really good and filling. But we won't order it again. The Caesar side salad is just a few pieces of romaine and way too much dressing - the proportions are way off.
I realize inflation is high, but we won't be paying high prices any longer for food that is disappointingly bad. You can't make a significant switch like that and expect people to continue to order it. The pizza is still good. Other than that, just disappointing. And please STOP using plastic containers!"
