The Bun Maska - Well this was just rubbish. The Bun Maska served was basically a bread roll soaked with butter (or some butter equivalent) and some sugar to sweeten it. It was basically like eating a sugar sandwich.
This was my first time ordering from Deccan Spice, and quite frankly, I will not order from there again. With so many other options around, there are no second chances with this. The best thing about this order was the can of coke, which, thank goodness, can't be screwed up too badly."

"I ordered the chole bhature and was really disappointed. The chole were nothing like traditional chole, which are usually thick and dry. Instead, they were watery, almost like a curry, and it felt like someone had just added water. The taste reminded me of food from a railway station rather than a proper restaurant.
The bhature were actually goodâsoft, fresh, and much better than the chole. However, the onion pickle was also disappointing. It is usually served with a nice red colour, but this one was orange and didnât look very appealing.
The only thing that really stood out was the salted lassi. It was perfectly made, refreshing, and easily the best part of the meal.
Overall, I wouldnât recommend the chole bhature. The bhature and lassi were decent, but the chole let the whole dish down."
