"First time eating from here and it was really fantastic. I had the Pabellón Criollo Lunch and it was so good and fresh, and flavorful. Also had the beef empanadas which were good. Food was made pretty fast, I was nice and full for hours. Also the tequeño grande was good, I had to reheat them a bit so the cheese inside could be melts but it's cold outside and it still had to transport to me so I don't blame that. Definitely will be adding this place to my favorites and ordering here consistently. "
"I tried a pepito for the first time, the pernil one. Very familiar with pernil, but not pepitos, it SLAPPED Omg. I was iffy because it was so much on one sandwich but all the ingredients oddly meshes together so well. I was full and satisfied completely. I'll definitely have one again."

"The first time we tried Makondo it was delicious and flavorful. Both times we ordered the Bandeja Paisa. However the second time was terrible. Im not sure if they changed chefs but there was no flavor in the food. There was barely any seasoning especially in the beans. They were bland and needed salt. The Tostones were over cooked and burnt. My husband called to speak to the manager but they were not there. Very disappointed and will not order from there again. "
