I'm used to a hummus bowl being a heaping serving of hummus with meat/mushrooms/chickpeas etc for flavor on top (eaten with pita since the hummus is the main event). The coat of hummus under the chicken was so thin that the liquid from the other toppings completely dissolved it (like it seemed like the amount of hummus you might get on top of a pita sandwich spread around in a thin layer). I intended to flesh out the meal with a small order of Israeli salad for $5 but instead it was just a few spoonfuls on top of the bowl.
