"The SOPA DE RES was delicious. The broth was tasty, the beef (short ribs) was extremely tender, and the vegetables were al dente. The YUCA CON CHICHARRONES - also well fried and tasty. FRIJOL CON QUESO pupusa was also good. Food was hot. I also love the vinaigrette flavored "cole slaw" a the tang works well with the pork. Soup also comes with plain pupusas. "You could tell the food was made fresh to order. The Queso Solo / Cheese Only pupusa was cheesy and the masa was not tough, it was easy to bite into without being undercooked. I liked that the Orden de Plátano Solo con Frijol y Crema / Plain Plantain with Beans & Cream Order had the frijoles in a small container so it wouldn't mix the frijoles with the cream. The foil kept it warm, and the napkins were a decent amount. "

"The pupusas de Queso / Cheese were fine they're always very cheesy and well-made, the curtido has a good pickled flavor and the salsa has a good flavor, not spicy at all. They are a bit on the smaller side compared to other places, but they're always fresh.
The Plátanos Fritos con Frijoles y Crema / Fried Plantains with Beans and Cream on the other hand, not good at all. They might have just not used ripe enough plantains because they had no flavor whatsoever and the texture was hard. Won't be ordering that again."

we ordered 3 pupusas each but couldn't finish 2 each, they're really big. They completely hooked us up with 32 ozs of salsa and 64 oz cups with their delicious cabbage mix.
I give the food 5 plus stars but the 4 stars were because we had to open the pupusas up to see what was inside, we couldn't make out which was which.
Also, we got a tropical drink we have no idea what is in it but it's pretty tasty."

"The Chilaquiles Especiales/ Special Chilaquiles were really good. The portion can serve 2. I liked PUPUSA-Mixta, but the curtido was missing, and it didn't complete the meal as I wish it would. Otherwise I would of given the 5 stars. I appreciate the Menudo Sopa/Soup came really hot, so I can enjoy it as I was in the restaurant. It would of been nice if it came with lime and other add ons."
