Tried something new with the Salmon Roe Sashimi, Honestly it's not my favorite and will probably take some getting used to for the picky palate.. With that being said, this place has the best salmon out of any place ive tried. Fish egg masago was good and exactly how I remembered.
The fish collar was Good, Small portion, Great for an appetizer, A litle bit dry but managable. Was it worth 55$ for a snack? Probably not. Food was excelent thogh.

In this case, the purchasing of the Yangzhou- Style Fried Rice was the latter. The good of the dish was the quality of the rice and the subtle flavor that was not oily and salty. The bad was that the meat was chopped very finely and was almost nonexistent. The BOGO deal was two orders for about $20. The disappointment would have been much greater if it was not on a deal. "the issue I had was not with the restaurant so much as the app. due to having to wait more than an hour for my food, the food was not the best. my final driver was great but she was the 4th driver on my order. my food had been under a heat lamp for far too long. the dumplings were so dry they were hard. the rice somehow managed to be cold and the shrimp had over cooked. the vegetable were still good, but the sushi roll was fishy and almost sour. this is not the normal for this restaurant as I have gotten this meal before. I love the amount of food for the price. this being said, if they delay your food for a driver, multiple times, cancel the order because it will ruin what was originally great food. I will order from here again as the restaurant is not to blame for the issue that ruined my food today."

My I order had one error. I ordered an unsweetened tea with my burger. I am from Florida, and I grew up drinking sweet tea. However, there are not many places in Florida that know how to make great sweet tea. There is a fine balance between too much sugar and not enough sugar. You also need a good brewed tea. Cannon Brew Pub has mastered that balance perfectly! Back home, I always order unsweetened tea and add Stevia because I hate when sweet tea is too sweet. Well, I am soooo glad that they got my drink order wrong! When I took the first sip of my tea, I was instantly taken back to my childhood, drinking my Mamaw's sweet tea.
