"Today I tried the Brisk-It-All Melt™ (eggs over easy) and it was absolutely delicious. I know the price looks a little high, but when you see the sheer size of this sandwich, it makes more sense. The brisket itself was tender and salty with a crunchy smoky crust. I got a few hints here and there of the bacon, a decent amount of the Diner Q sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese to hold it together. The bread was a bit oily, but superbly toasted, which held up well to the ingredients. The only feedback I would have is to make the chunks of meat smaller so it spreads across the sandwich and doesn't fall out all at once."

"Beef Brisket on a bun was so good, the brisket was tender, moist and flavorful. The Green Beans with Bacon and Mac & Cheese sides were delicious also. My fiancé loved his 3 Three Meats, Two Sides meal, all the meat was cooked to perfection, the sides were very good and everything was seemingly good quality. He especially loved the collard greens.
