"Appreciated the fast preparation but the turkish bread was cold on arrival, and bits of it tasted burnt. The cold bread wasn't from the delivery as it came in an insulated bag and it was quick. There was way too much sauce in the Kebab and the contents were falling out, generously stuffed but so hard to get a proper bite of everything, as it was all salad on one side and all meat on the other. Maybe the pita bread option is the better way to go."

The item is advertised as a “Regular Size” HSP, but based on my experience ordering HSPs from many other restaurants, what was delivered is much closer to what is normally sold as a small size. Many places clearly offer Small, Regular and Large options, so when a product is specifically described as “Regular Size,” customers naturally expect something larger than a small serving.
The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
I’ve eaten HSPs from many different restaurants, and portion size is an important part of what customers are paying for. If the portion you are selling is effectively a small size, I believe it should be advertised more clearly as such."

"I hate to write things like this, especially to a small business but in these times when prices are high I feel it needs to be said so others can make their own decisions to order or not.
The bread isn't what their photo shows. it shows the fluffy version of a pita bread but I got the thin dry version of a Lebanese bread. The meat, very little, even though delivery took 5 minutes the kebab was warm at best. The meat maybe been sitting for a while. I would be more upset if I paid full price . 2 for $28... I wouldn't order again. I'm not sure if you're a new business but please work harder on improving things. I attached photos to show my experience"

The REG CHIPS AND GRAVY were really soggy, so soggy it tasted like they were Steamed. I think the best solution for that is to keep the gravy separate so that the customer can pour it on to the chips themselves.

"I've tried so many HSPs and I would say this is the best one so far, absolutely on another level. The meat is not some processed meat like the normal HSP on kebab, but whole big chunks of meats. Even the chips and sauces taste so good. The only downside is the monster size is not as big as I think it would be, but heaps of meat compared to the chips."
"There was so much gristle amongst the meat that portions of it were unchewable, and all of it was unpleasant. But because there was such an excessive amount of garlic sauce on top, it was impossible to see the meat that I was eating until I put each bite in my mouth. A little bit of gristle is to be expected, but it was on average in every 2nd bite, and at times in several consecutive bites. Very disappointing!!
Fortunately, the chips saved the meal as they were very good, and there was plenty of cheese.
As for the loukoumades, they don't look like the 'sugar' ones in the picture. They are covered in what I think is Nutella, & roughly broken chunks of Oreos. Not what the picture said I was ordering, but tasty just the same."
