I do not have many orders on this account, but on my primary one for home, it is a sure fire 10-15% chance they will either forget the chips/drinks or like for my current order—completely overlook if a sub needs to be toasted or not. For me, I will still eat the sub, but it is a very enjoyed attribute for subs, esp for meatballs as it cooks the meat extra, and provides more solidity to the bread. Without the toasting, it really does make an even more gooey mess. Overall, quality is okay but please remember to toast the subs! "
