My suggestion would be to add more seasoning to your fries and slice your pickles more. And if someone decides to add bacon like myself, you also make those slices smaller as well. As far as the Double Smash Cheeseburger and the Grilled Cheese Sandwich which I added meat too, both were beyond flavorful. Both were cooked all the way and they both had a fresh taste upon consumption. All and all I would rate my experience a 2.75 out of 5. When I tell you it’s good every single time… I honestly can’t think of a time they’ve messed up my order. The chicken is always hot, fresh, crispy, and seasoned just right. It’s one of those places that’s consistently good.
One of my favorite deals is the $12 box, it always hits the spot and is definitely worth it.
My only suggestion would be to add a few more side options. The fries and fried zucchini are good, but sometimes I want more of a home-cooked meal vibe with my chicken. A little more variety would make it even better.

I finally ordered today and when I tell you I'm mad I didn't order sooner because it's so good. The Stew Chicken had so much flavor and it was a good amount for the small but I will definitely get a large next time. The Curry Goat was so tender and the curry flavor was like the way a Trini or Jamaican makes it (I know from experience) I wish I had a roti skin just for the gravy. I usually don't eat the cabbage at most restaurants because they give huge chunks. They actually shred theirs and the carrots were shredded and only had a few which I like because I hate cooked carrots. I even ate their plantain and look forward to air frying the rest later. "I recently ate at Crust and Craft for the first time. Since then, I've ordered THREE orders because it is consistently good.
I love the power salad. The dressing and mix of greens are wonderful. My only correction would be to ensure every order of that salad, they would put the Brussel sprouts in.
My mom order the chicken Philly and fries. The Philly is great. The fries, not so great. Prior to this order I've tried the Margherita pizza, pesto vegetable and the one with figs (sorry I'm blanking on the name!).
Each one was delicious! All thin crust so reheating I Def recommend splashing the crust and harder edges with water then using an oven, toaster oven or air fryer to reheat. Don't cook too long tho or you can't chew the crust!
I also love the Funnel Cake Fries with caramel vs the chocolate dip. They add cinnamon and powdered sugar.
