Today was the first time I tried the straight cut fries and it definitely will not be the last time I order them. They come in a very nice tightly closed plastic container that keeps them nice and hot and does not allow them to be crushed or broken. I must say they are the best fries I have had in time. They are very, very crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. They also have a great flavor and are definitely not greasy or too salty.
