"First time ordering from Hobbit. I ordered the Dwalin (Award-winning) with fries. Several things come to mind. I ordered the classic. The sandwich was large. The bread was dry. The chicken curry was awesome. Perfectly flavored. The sandwich was messy and fell apart despite my cutting the sandwich in fourths. So I just ate the filling and left the bread. Preferred no tomato or lettuce. The fries weren't crisp.
My recommendation would be to serve the chicken curry in half a Hawaiian papaya. Very simple and tasty. I had this at a restaurant in Hawaii and it was perfect. Same ingredients as this. Maybe a small simple salad on the side with a nice glass of Pinot Grigio. Very refreshing. Don't use Mexican papaya. Not the same and too big. It may cost a little more but doing away with the bread which does nothing for the curry, and cutting out the tomato and lettuce on a sandwich. The curry in papaya would be a nice addition to your menu. "

I always get the largest roast beef sandwich, The Half Pound Roast Beef Sandwich. It is very simple, yes, just bun and beef, but I like that it puts the roast beef to stand alone with no competing flavors.
It is of course huge. I have to take some meat off to be able to bite into the thing. But then I love the roast beef even by itself so I'm quite happy to have "extra".
