"The meal was not organized at all. There was a pickle wrapped in paper, and the fries were placed on top of the pickle, then the sandwich was placed on top of everything.
Everything was stacked on top of each other in a very messy way. It should have been packed properly, for example, with the fries in a small container, the pickle in a separate container, and the sandwich packaged separately.
The food looked messy, unpleasant, and completely unorganized. This is not acceptable at all."

"This is the real deal. This is kibbeh like my daddy used to make at home. .No other place in Houston does it like this. It's authentic. Brings back some happy childhood memories from long ago. The owners are so nice. They were out of the frozen half pan that I was trying to order, and they called me to tell me that they had 3 triangles left in the freezer, so we changed my order so I could get my Kibbeh! One more thing: if you’re serving food in a box that needs to stay flat, don’t package it in a handled bag the moment the dasher lifts the bag by the handles the food slides into a corner. Of course the one who picks it up should carry it carefully too but the packaging should be designed to prevent that from happening in the first place. Simply use bags with a wider base for these orders so it stays flat during transport.
Overall, this is a hard pass for me."

The bread was soft and fluffy and not hard like other establishments and they even included extra tzatziki sauce. This is probably one of the best delivery food/greek places I've had in awhile.
