Their burritos are very customizable. You can delete ingredients you don't want, and there is a list of toppings as long as your arm that you can add for a small fee. The only thing that threw me off was the Chicharrones taco I ordered, I was picturing it crispy but there were fatty little bites of pork in a red sauce- it was still delicious, but I had to add some pickled onions for crunch.
