They cram food into the flimsiest of styrofoam containers that don't even close properly, then literally dump multiple containers SIDEWAYS into onto small flimsy plastic bag so contents leak out all over everything in the bag. First order I thought this was a fluke and gave them 2nd chance to get it right. 2nd order was packed just as bad, another fail. Won't be ordering a third time! I don't have time or inclination to spend a half hour and half a package of wet wipes cleaning up a sloppy mess before we can even eat the food! As for the actual food: just gross. Meatloaf sandwich has the flavor of cardboard, no seasoning, questionable "meat" appeared and tasted old, requested sourdough ( didn't get it), requested mustard( didn't get that either). Paid extra for zucchini strips as the side; it arrived soggy and bland. The pumpkin bread is nothing like their menu photo which shows several slices; what you actually get is one small dried out flavorless lump. The only thing edible was the hashbrowns and coffee; at least they did remember to add creamer packets to the bag for the coffee. My overall opinion after 2 orders: ugh! Gross.
