As someone who usually doesn't care for roasted carrots, the Harissa Smoked Carrots *Spring* are fantastic. The seasoning provides a hint of spice to balance the sweetness of the carrots. The Short Rib Pastrami Sandwich was tender and tasty. I haven't tried the sweet sauce, but the mustard and vinegar ones are phenomenal- I need to get bottles to keep on hand.
