From forgetting items to skimping on others and half-hearted food prep, this experience was particularly bad. The "Caesar Salad was large pieces of wilted lettuce and a cup of dressing. No croutons, no shredded cheese. They skimped more than usual on the Pao de Queijo - Cheese Bread (12 ea.) (there were 8, not 12), and the Mozzarella Caprese had literally one piece of basil.
