the beef kabob plate was great. beef kebab is standard like other middle eastern restaurants. they use very long grain basamati rice. very nice and authentic. pita bread is thick and fluffy. i like this kind of pita bread compared to the drier ones that look like tortillas.

As great as the chicken kebab chunks were on their own, that just highlights how plain the rice is. It would have been better value if it was at least salted like other restaurants to give some flavor. The Luleh Combo Platter has the same issues to a large extent, but the protein wasn't as well marinated as the chicken. Due to the nature of the fish, the texture was also lacking the fibers that meat typically has. Overall, mixed feelings.
