"I can honestly say it’s hard to find Mediterranean food of this quality, especially at such a late hour. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous—this plate could easily feed almost three people, especially by California standards.
I’m not sure if the pita bread is made in-house, but it was the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the food really stood out, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into what you do.
Thank you so much for a great meal. I will definitely be ordering again!"
"Terrible service the rice wasn't even cooked just done through hot water I ordered 11:30 pm maybe my mistake and beef kabob was half cooked. I was expecting nice Persian kabob and rice."

"Shemroon Kabab never disappoints; it consistently delivers exceptional quality, offering a flavor profile that captures the essence of traditional Iranian cuisine. It stands out as the best kebab I've experienced so far, with perfectly seasoned, tender meat grilled to perfection. The taste is rich and authentic, reminiscent of the most cherished flavors found in Iran."

"the chicken was juicy and the meat was full of flavor. The rice is my favorite at panini, love this place ."
"The portions from the Northridge location are tiny compared to the Woodland Hills location. The avocado romaine salad dressing had no flavor. The chicken kabob was fine but came with less than half the rice it should have (or normally has from the other location). The tzatziki was watery & small- totally overpriced. I'll only order from the other location until this one gets up to par."

"I do believe for $30, there where should be at least more than one kebab. It was 90% rice with 1 jalepeno and 1 tomato. Priced too much for food received. Flavor was good. I would not order again for this pricing amount."
"Kotlet (Persian Cutlet) was 18 dollars and it was two tiny sad pieces of meat. everything tasted ok, nothing too good. It's very small servings. wouldn't come here again. also, we ordered beef Dolmeh, but only got tiny rice ones, disappointed."

"The Cornish hen had great flavor and subbed the rice for lubia polo which had great amount of beef which I feel like most places skimp out on and the bread is freshly made and fluffy which is hard to find as well. Would definitely come back since it's close by me."
"WOW!!! Shirin is seriously one of the best Persian restaurants in Woodland Hills! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic—the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly, THE FOOD! 🤤
We ordered the koobideh and chicken shish kebab, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The koobideh was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfectly seasoned, slightly charred taste you hope for from a great Persian grill. Every bite was ridiculously good!
And the chicken shish kebab was just as impressive—tender, juicy, beautifully grilled, and full of incredible flavor. The chicken had that perfect combination of a delicious char on the outside while staying moist and succulent inside. Honestly, I could have eaten another plate!
The combination of the smoky grilled meat, aromatic seasonings, and fresh ingredients made this meal seriously mouth-watering. The portions were generous, everything came out beautifully prepared, and you could tell the food was made with care.
The service deserves a huge shout-out as well. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience.
Shirin is the kind of restaurant where you finish your meal and immediately start thinking about when you can come back. The koobideh and chicken shish kebab alone are worth the trip!
If you’re anywhere near Woodland Hills and love Persian food, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY SHIRIN! 🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. 10/10 — we will definitely be back!"

"This place is a joke. I just ordered $60 food and I received a stew that is filled with water. Instead of french fries that they mention in their menu, they use a store-bought chips that is disgusting and soggy. The Aashe Reshteh is literally 6 spoons watery soup for $15. so this restaurant is a rip off and that is the first and last time I ordered from this restaurant. shame on you."

"Food is amazing, the owners are very friendly people. Best afghan food in the valley. "
"I arrived 10 minutes later than the expected time the food would be ready, but the lady there said she needed 10 more minutes. She was the only person there-cooking, handling the register, and tending to customers. I came bck after 12 minutes and my order still wasn't ready and I was the only one left at that point. I waited an extra 30 minutes! The chicken 5. Chicken Gyro was the worst I've ever tried. The meat did not taste good. The onions were old, and the cabbage was bitter. It was also soaked in the yogurt sauce. She also messed up my order and gave me a lamb shank dish instead of the Lamb Kabob Plate. The lamb shank was so gamey. The 4. Beef Koobideh Kabob and 1. Chicken Afghani were mediocre. The flavor was okay, but the meat was so dry. The hummus was awful. The rice was probably the best thing on the plate. I would not recommend this place. I'm bummed Azeen's in Pasadena closed. I have yet to find an Afghani restaurant in LA that comes close to Azeen's. "

"Waaay too much rice and only a few small pieces of chicken. Good taste but a bit too pricey for the quantity."
"Excellent food!
Ordered the salmon came in a good portion in a decent ( finally...) size dish with perfectly grilled tomatoes, tender juicy grilled salmon and lots of rice
Which was not only good portion but very good, fresh and not dry like some Persian restaurants
They also fave me a free small salad with fresh cut tomatoes and cucumbers and great dressing
With tons of complimentary bread to go with my Chummus

"The absolute best mnaeesh ever. They are even better than the ones you get in the Middle East. The dough, ingredients, taste, are just so perfect. The dough itself is so good and thin, and the zaatar is so fresh, and the cheeses, especially the akawi, is so so good. They have perfected their maneesh game and if you haven't tried this place yet, please do. "
"If you're in the mood for some delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, look no further than Zaatar N More. This restaurant is a hidden gem that truly delivers in terms of flavor and quality. I recently had the pleasure of having delivery from Zaatar N More and was blown away by the dishes I tried.
First off, the Stuffed Cheese and Zaatar was an absolute delight. The combination of the creamy cheese and the aromatic zaatar spice was truly a match made in heaven. It was a unique and delicious.
The Steak Sandwich was another standout dish. The tender, juicy steak was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the fresh vegetables and melted cheese. It was definitely one of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had, but is more like a rolled up pizza than a sandwich.
The Chicken Wings were also a hit. They were crispy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of heat. The wings were cooked perfectly and were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them. They were served with a tasty dipping sauce that added an extra layer of flavor to the dish.
And last but certainly not least, the Nutella Mannish was the perfect ending to my meal. The warm dough was covered in rich, creamy Nutella that just melted in my mouth. It was the perfect combination of sweet and indulgent, and a great way to finish off a fantastic meal.
Overall, Zaatar N More is an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Middle Eastern food in Los Angeles. The Stuffed Cheese and Zaatar, Steak Sandwich, Chicken Wings, and Nutella Mannish are just a few of the many amazing dishes they offer. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous. Can’t wait to try again!"

"The MIX FAMILY MEAL is always a flavorful great deal, and we order it almost once a week. Add the lamb meatballs as an extra, you wont be disappointed. I wish they'd add an option to not get the onions and parsley fixings on the side - it's such a waste of food and packaging plastic. "
"The food was fantastic! I loved it!! I especially love their rice it was authentic basmati rice not just boiled white rice (I've had this experience in other Mediterranean restaurants) but their rice was delicious! The food was amazing, delicious and the family meal deal is a bargain! Definitely coming back!!! "
