Next time I would get it with tofu or without any protein because the shrimp in the soup is way over cooked (continues cooking in the hot broth). The proteins could be more well seasoned (chicken in the Dumpling and shrimps in everything. Otherwise, they are only as flavorful as the sauce or broth.
