"Today was my first experience with, "The Dough Show". What an amazing experience it was. I ordered the Half-Chicken plate. This only tells "Half" the story. The sliced tomatoes and the yellow/red rice were delectable. Just as wonderful as the garlic cream sauce. True to their name, they provided two pieces of pita bread. "I’ve always been a fan of Shah’s Halal Food because the quality, flavor, packaging, and consistency are usually on point, and this order was no different when it came to taste. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My only disappointment was the portion size, especially the lamb. I counted maybe 11 small chopped pieces of lamb, a couple cucumbers, about 4 or 5 strands of lettuce, and a surprisingly small amount of rice. I finished the entire platter in under six minutes, and trust me, I wasn’t trying to break any records 😂. I remember ordering from Shah’s and getting so much food that I’d have enough for two meals. I completely understand the economy is tough and food costs have gone up for everyone, but customers are feeling it too. "I got Chicken Gyro combo. I had better times - other times very fresh- that's makes the difference. This time it was not as fresh as usual. I had Greek salad but it was missing the cheese and lettuce seem a bit old and the tomate too. The chicken flavor also didn't feel so fresh. The coke that comes included barely got fill up. It's kinda funny. I don't what happened this time. Usually I have better experiences before. That what kept me buying. I might order again but not sure if the quality declines."
