"The Malasadas were very good. Freshly made and really yummy cinnamon sugar coating on them with a little crunch on the outside (almost like a corn dog) and a really soft bread inside. Keiki Island Sliders were good. There are two plain sliders in the order and a side. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and Hurricane Fries were good but they had sesame seeds sprinkled on top without an option to order it without them - fyi if you have a sesame seeds allergy."

"Was not great. As mentioned in another review, William BBQ Chicken very heavy on the pepper. Chicken didnt have that bbq flavor you are probably looking for, mainly just the pepper. The Mac salad is at least 50% cabbage, so it's pretty much coleslaw? It pains me to say, but I think L&L has a better chicken plate than this.
Portions however, are fairly large, which was good."

"Ths bowl was fantastic. The portions of salmon and spicy tuna were plentiful and the condiments and additional toppings were flavorful and delicious. The sushi rice was also really well cooked and the fish was seasoned perfectly. Delicious. "
"Disappointing experience. The poke bowl was absolutely drenched in sauce. Whoever assembled it was extremely heavy handed with the sauce. The rice and everything else in the bowl was completely flooded.
I ordered a mix of shrimp and tuna, but the portion of seafood was surprisingly small. Everything was so covered in sauce that I could barely tell the difference between the tiny shrimp particles and tuna or taste the ingredients themselves.
Also, if you are ordering through DoorDash, be aware that the menu prices appear to be higher than when ordering delivery directly from the restaurant. I wish the pricing and additional charges were itemized and disclosed more clearly, especially for DashPass members.
Overall, less sauce, a more reasonable portion of protein, and better pricing transparency would make a big difference."

"Maldonados has been around for a very long time and they have always served the BEST Fresh Bread Sticks and Cheesy Bread - and still do!
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their pizzas. The last few that have arrived from them have been either undercooked or soggy.
This last order of Super Hawaiian (Large 16"), the paper was stuck to the bottom of the pizza and the entire bottom crust of the pizza had to be taken off prior to eating. While the pizza was still tasty, this definitely took away from the experience.
I would absolutely recommend all of their breadstick options but would advise caution when ordering a pizza."

"The latte was excellent although I wish I'd had the opportunity to order without whip. I was really looking forward to the Moloka’i Crepe (UBE) & Ube banana Loaf but I was disappointed by both. The banana loaf tasted like banana bread. About the crepe: not sure if it was intentional or if it sat too long in a hot car, but when I first opened it I thought my drink had spilled in it. The sauce, if that's what it was supposed to be, was completely liquid. It looked & tasted as if whipped cream had been put on hot food & it totally liquified. What that did to the dish is like I was eating plain, wet crepes. The strawberries were tasty & I added sliced banana to make it more filling. Most definitely not worth $15 & I find it hard to believe that's what the dish should be. I will return for their coffee but would not have it delivered again."
