This was like ceremonial cacao but ceremonial matcha ( it is ceremonial matcha) . That's the best thing I can relate it to. It was not sugary like most boba shops. I usually put 25% or 50% sugar at boba shops and even then it's still a lot of sugar sometimes. I ordered regular sugar for my Ube Matcha and it was not too sweet so do not be afraid to put regular.
