In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. My husband kindly asked a worker if she could switch the rice to beans since we wanted beans. She rudely said you ordered rice. The lady went back and switched it but when he got home I opened the bag and looked at my waste of money, a tiny container barely half way full of refried beans (cost $4). Bought one taco of carnitas to see how they tasted but the meat looked like it was sitting around for a long time and was very tough. One last thing I hate to add in but they are extremely bad on the amount of onion and cilantro they put on their tacos. You would think they would cheat you on the protein since it's more expensive than onion and cilantro but this stuff makes the taco and I don't like a taco without an abundance of both! Finally the strawberry horchata, never had one before but I know what regular horchata is. I must say it was very tasty with a great flavor that tasted healthy.
