The Hong Kong Style Bbq Pork 港式叉烧 is so delicious along with the Singapore rice noodles are my favorites. The House Fried Rice 本楼炒饭and the shrimp fried rice are both super tasty as well. I also ordered the Kung Po Chicken 宫保鸡片which was very good but a lot of peanuts & green peppers which I do not like but the flavor of the dish was outstanding. "as per our last order from this restaurant, everything was great. they had even called to check on the egg allergy and make sure that person wasn't intending to eat the egg rolls. everything we asked for, from extra vegetables and herbs to a bit of extra sauce, was perfect. their pad Thai is excellent. not too sweet and noodles are perfectly cooked. the vermicelli with grilled pork and shrimp has a wonderful sauce. but I have to say that the sauce that came with the dumplings was exemplary. The Wagyu Skewer was slightly over preferred temperature the texture was wonderful but the teriyaki taste didn't match well with the meat. The tuna on crispy rice was also another tasty treat, paired with citrus salt it was even more amazing. The rainbow roll was well made but the fish were grocery store in flavor. The lobster roll tastes good, but the texture of the rolls inside were a bit mushy and in my opinion the empty tail carcass doesn't need to be put with to go food.
