I have even talked with the manager about that and she was like "i don't care, that's how we made it" with that I decided immediately to delete my 5 stars review maybe this will make them try to fix their restaurant once again! I walked in the first time we picked it up it, and the food smell instantly hit my nose bringing me back to my grandpas house. The staff were typical Persian and the food came packaged in those big tin trays. I knew it was about to hit, but wasn't expecting it to be one of the best tasting persian places I've had. Lately meat quality has gone down when getting meals out, but Persepolis's meat quality was 10/10. It was so tender, juicy, and filled with flavor and spices. I was so happy they included the pita, tomato, onion and herbs as well. Ah! And don't forget the side of sumac! It was everything I was looking for.
