As for the donut. I got the Key Lime Pie Donut. The brioche is incredibly soft and chewy. The key lime glaze has a nice citrus flavor without tasting artificial. The topping added texture, but it didn’t really read as graham cracker to me, I actually picked up a little coconut. I do appreciate properly sized portions, but this one was a bit TOO small— slightly under what you’d expect for a dish like this, especially at that price point. It’s on the pricier side for a LESS than tapas-style portion, despite how incredible it tasted. I’d order this regularly if the portion were just a bit larger.
However, the steamed rice portion was fair, but the price felt insultingly excessive— over $5 for a single serving (with maybe a bite or 2 leftover) would be the ONLY thing that might make me hesitate..
