"Food is always good but the attitude of the person at the pickup side is always off. I have to speak loudly SEVERAL times before being acknowledged and then get told that I need to get in line even AFTER I've said a couple times "I'm here to pick up an online order." Obviously there is a line but I'm just picking up. And it has happened 3 times now and I have to remind them "you know you have online orders for pick up standing right there right?" They need a better approach for handling online orders in the store.
But the food is good. Most of the staff members are courteous. Portions are great for the prices. And my food is always ready when I get into the store.
