"Normally I go to this location in person, however today I wasn't feeling well so I decided to order online. Like usual the food was great and tasted fresh. The Turkey Bacon (4 Pcs) wasn't too greasy and it wasn't high in sodium. The Apple Turnover was really like. It's flaky and warm. I really love the spices in the filling. The Chicken Caesar Wrap is fresh, the lettuce was nice and crunchy, they didnt add a lot of dressing which I loved. I hate when places drown in dressing, but Pantanos doesn't! "I always order the same sandwich every time I go in but I always seem to walk out with a different version of the sandwich.
Ham - Some days there is enough ham to make 4 sandwiches and cant fit my mouth around it. Other days there is nothing but bread and lettuce at the ends of the hero.
Cheese- I ask for Swiss cheese but some days it has American and some days it's missing all together.
Tomatoes - I NEVER ask for tomatoes but some days it has tomatoes and some days it doesnt.
Mayo/Mustard- I ask for mayo and mustard. Some days there is mustard squirting out everywhere making a complete mess thru the paper and some days there isn't any at all.
The sandwich is stuffed closed like a sloppy mess. The first bite is a huge mouthful of ham and the next bite is all lettuce and mayo. It's the worst.
The inconsistency is horrendous and beyond frustrating. Once or twice I can deal with but 2-3 times a week is unacceptable. I will not be returning. "
