We source the beans directly from farmers and cooperatives around the world and make all our chocolate in our chocolate factory in Pike Place Market on Western Ave. We believe that the fewest and best ingredient always make it best. We use the beans we source, cocoa butter, and organic non-bleached sugar. This means that our chocolate is also vegan.
