Our meats had been marinated in lemongrass seasonings. All dishes served on a bed of rice noodles sprinkled with onions and peanuts, basket of garden greens, rice papers, and our delicious dipping sauce (nuoc mam). You’ll be wrapping your own spring rolls right at the table with lots of fun.
