"I'm typically a Raines fan, and have my favorite, Grilled Chicken Strips tonight after a long 14 hour shift. I have NEVER been so disappointed in food from there. The chicken was so overcooked that I literally could not cut through it. It was as if it had been burnt on Sunday, but served on Wednesday. The cheese on top was burnt so badly that it was see through. The bacon was basically bacon bits from a bottle. And the broccoli was so tough that my dog couldn't eat the stems. I've had meals from Raines that haven't been great before, but this is INSANE. I basically just threw $20 down the disposal. I will NEVER order from them again. For their prices, I shouldn't get chicken nugget sized portions, that basically are charcoal briquettes."
