The batter was light, perfectly crispy and golden - the Swai fish was unknown to me but has a very similar taste and texture to Atlantic Cod.

"The Tri-Tip Chili is so insanely good, it's got a nice spiciness to it and no shortage of tri-tip! The chicken quesadilla is always a winner, it's my favorite from any restaurant in town.
