"The Mount Beacon Chicken sandwich with French fries was excellent, mushrooms was so delicious. The bread was so soft. My order was delivered by the DoorDash on time and my meal was still hot.
The Yankee Clipper Diner, is the best establishment for fine meal. I used to dine in the diner in Peeksill, when Yankee Clipper Dinner owner parent owned the dinner. The food and service was excellent even then!"
"Don't expect the courtesy of condiments, and when I called to say they made the burger wrong ( no guac on the California burger)I was put on hold for a while then asked to come back. No apology, no offer to refund. Tossing a dry turkey burger in the trash with really moist tasteless SP fries. Wasted money. Make sure to request condiments and salt!"

"I ordered the sirloin for as medium well, it came well done and very tough to cut through with plastic cutlery. Very little seasoning on the steak but the fries are well seasoned. The macaroni and cheese was perfect. There weren't a lot of fries in the package which was too bad. I really love their chicken tenders so I will be ordering again but this is probably going to be the last time I order steak here."

"Best food around town fried chicken and oxtails to die for "
"The NEW Cheesy Chicken Skillet wasn't cooked properly. It didn't have the cheese or bacon. And the broccoli was undercooked (hard) and didn't have any seasoning or butter, like I've had it before. We had ordered this meal from another Applebees . It was absolutely DELICIOUS.... this one on the other handed was HORRIBLE! The portion size was about half. The cheese was missing. The broccoli was bland/ cooked wrong. The only thing that was good was the mashed potato. And they didn't even taste like garlic. Also, no bacon. Extremely inconsistent. If you have tried this food at a different location.... be prepared to be upset.... i actually only order Applebees now Because of how good the other locations skillet meal was. Now I am bummed that they can't get it right here... very sad.! This is my 3rd time trying it. It has been horrible with different issues every single time and on top of it, they just throw it all together and don't even care how it looks. Which is whatever, ok... but good food is good food. This was NOT it. Why is my "cheesy" plate cheeseless? "

"I give Daily Planet 5 stars for the food. This was a delivery order. When it arrived, I noticed all the dressing looked like it was thrown in a paper bag, and two tops popped off. Luckily only a little dressing spilled out. I'm glad we ordered extra dressing. Maybe to solve this, the restaurant should put the dressing right in the food containers. The food is always great!"
"The Fonz Burger is a delicious all-American burger. A big thick beef patty cooked to your preference. I had mine medium, which is the rarest option. This burger was piled high with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and red onions. The cheese was melted, and their special sauce rounded out all flavors. The bun was big and soft and held everything in place, but don't take too long to eat it or the juices will escape and melt the bun. If you're looking for a good hearty burger, The Fonz is what you want. I would definitely order it again! I ordered fries to go with my burger, which were cooked perfectly."

"the beacon daily is hands down the best breakfast place in beacon. The Egg & Cheese is generous, savory, and a great value. the Lox Muffin has a hearty amount of lox for the price, and the everything cream cheese pairs incredibly well."
"We ordered the Crispy Chicken Caesar Hero and it was absolutely fantastic. The chicken cutlet was cooked to perfection. The lettuce was fresh and the bread was soft. It was by far one of the best sandwiches we've had in a long time"

"The baked chicken is out of this world. Always cooked perfectly. Pairs so nicely with the rice. Their rice has a subtle flavor ive never had anywhere else. My favorite local takeout. "
"$20 for five pieces of meat for a large meal is not a good deal for me. I called and asked how much meat comes in a small, and I was told 3 pieces. So, just call and ask before ordering. I wish I knew that. I am giving two extra stars for the phone call."

"The fries are ALWAYS worth getting. I get a large and they send so many! They are shoestring fries that are perfectly salted and come with an aioli sauce. The fries are good on their own but the sauce is a delicious condiment. I got the Hot Nashville, it comes with cold slaw which is really good and comes on the side. I prefer purple cabbage to green so if you do as well, you'll like it and the sandwich itself has pickles and sauce. I kind of wish it came with a piece of cheese on it because something about spicy chicken and cheese is very complimentary but even without it, I would get it again! My dad had the Notorious P.I.G and really enjoyed it. Even stole some of my cold slaw. "
"What can I say?? I loved it!! The Popcorn Chicken melts in your mouth and Mac and Mac & Cheese was really creamy and delicious!! The From Brussels with Bacon is also really good!!! Loved it so much I was driving to PA and since this place was on the way (1.5 hours from destination), I timed it just right so when I got there it would be ready!! Very good, wish I can order them again from PA again."

"Forgot BBQ sauce, but everything else was great. Special instructions for my fries were followed. Tots are great, very crispy. Mac & cheese is great... it has flavor & doesn't taste bland which was nice. If you add a little pepper, it adds to the flavor. The name on my drink order was put on by my doordasher Jordan who was amazing!"

"Really delicious pizza and honestly the perfect salad - Like A Wedge Salad (GF). So glad I chose to order from here tonight. "
"Man, the picture is what made me buy it, however; nothing is worse than getting a pizza without a liner in the cardboard pizza box. Right on the cardboard? Cmon, a large box of liners at restaurant depot is $11 for 100. $.09 cents a box guys! So for the $22.00 you charge and obviously making a full $18 profit, and that's including overhead, put the liner in. After I noticed that, I also noticed the two end slices were stuck, separated from the other 16 bite size slices, with one stuck to the top edge of the box. $1.50 for a bite size slice, really? Ok so the crust was very good, as was the cheese ( good quality)and crispy pepperoni. The sauce; Prego, Ragu? Whatever it was it was, it was loaded with oregano, OVER powering oregano. Oregano is for Greek salads, Italian combos and clams oreganata, and the day pizza and sauce makers learn that, we will all be better off. I didn't even taste, and I don't like too much basil anyway, but there was none, unless it was dried, and as a 100% , 1/2 napolitan - 1/2 Sicilian, I'll tell you that rule #1... No dried spices or what they call Italian seasoning (poison in a spice jar) whatsoever on a pie. Especially an individual $40 with tip delivered pie. Never again, unless they get someone who knows how to make sauce. 3/4 of the way there guys. Great idea, poor execution, way over priced and sad presentation."

"Our food is usually pretty good. However, this time, the packaging was different. We ordered 3 sides of fries. My son loves the flavor! The fries always come in their own plastic boxes, or 1 bigger box. Tonight, my sweet potato was put into a bigger box with my son's fries. It also didn't look like there were 3 full sides in the box. I also want to say that the container of butter for the bread SHOULD NOT be put in with the hot food! By the time we get our order, the butter has melted! One last thing, PLEASE STOP putting 8 staples at the top of the bag to close it off!! It's hard to get them out of the bag & they're dangerous! Someone in Wappingers is staple happy! 2 would be sufficient, or better yet, tape would be safer! McDonald's uses tape with their name on it...much better!!"

"the food was so delicious... I ate the night previous and I ordered from somewhere else and they didn't deliver half the order so I needed more food or else I was gonna be hungry and not be able to sleep and you guys and gals came through clutch.. and thank you for the box of chicken as advertised (besides the two biscuits lol, they wouldn't have fit in the he box I don't think anyway) and thank you for the blue cheese packet.. although it wasn't even close enough to skimp around all the wing dings but I appreciate getting some in the first place because I couldn't choose to request it on the side for some reason and asked for it on the customization option and y'all came through... the breasts were the biggest ones I've ever seen probably in my life from Kennedy fried chicken for real and sooo many fries...!! it was awesome and I got my monies worth after the other place which has excellent food messed up and didn't send me what I wanted to buy nothing more nothing less.. I really do appreciate it thank you!!"
"Absolutely fantastic prices for the quantity and quality of food. I'm a regular there, and they treat people very well. I often get a little slide by when I'm short in person. Consistently tasty chicken, good fries, and great prices. Aside from maybe ~2 orders out of hundreds by now, I've never been disappointed by their food.
If you ever pickup in person, when you thank them for your order, place your hand on your heart and nod. It's a gesture of sincerity in their culture, and I find they often appreciate it."

"I ordered the Med Curry Goat dinner and all I got was bones in curry sauce. There were maybe two bits of meat in the whole dish. Secondly, it states that the dish comes with two sides but did not give the option to select the sides. I wrote in two of the side options that were available in the "sides" section - Mac and cheese and candied yams. The restaurant charged me $6 extra for the sides with no prior communication or notice that specific sides would be extra. Sadly the Mac and cheese was bland. The only enjoyable parts of my order were the Lrg Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta and the Rice & peas (Only). "

"Best Chopped Cheese in the area by far. Fresh beef, tasty, huge portion size, definitely ordering again!"
"disappointed hero bread wasnt big at all-turkey was sliced extremely thin hardly any lettuce or tomato - the macaroni salad i paid 9.29 for (1 lb size like from a deli container) was just regular mac salad you can get from anywhere i was hoping it was HOMEMADE macaroni salad for that price that's a little ridiculous i wont be ordering that again thats for sure it comes out of a plastic container for much less than that the sandwich had bacon on it i specifically requested that the bacon be NOT crispy and cooked soft and it was quite crunchy and they had to see it cuz i requested extra mayo which they sent - and the bacon was VERY salty so im a bit disappointed with this deli than i had felt about the in the past and 3.50 for a bottle of soda is outrageous too but i have no choice being disabled and depending on DD for delivery so i can have dinner "

"I felt that the tilapia piece was much too small for the price. However the flavor was good. The pork chops was good. The rice and gandules and Tostones has been consistently good eveytime I've ordered them. "
"Pork was actually really well seasoned & moist. Coming from a Puerto Rican myself & we're usually picky with how others make what we make lol. It was later in the day & the pork was very fresh. The rice wasn't as fresh & it seemed like maybe 2 different batches mixed into one but honestly it was still good especially it being so late in the day. The portions were perfect for a family dinner. There was 5 adults & 2 kids in total & we all ate & had left overs for 2 for the next day. The potato salad wasn't bad but I didn't like that it had apples in it & it was a bit dry. Good thing is that it wasn't dry bc it was old you can tell they just don't but too much mayo in it. It may be preference or strategic bc often with potato salads the more the mayo the more chances of it spoiling so I get it. Once I removed the apples the salad itself wasn't bad just drier than I prefer but easy fixed bc we almost always have mayo in the fridge. This is my 2nd time ordering a family meal from Izla. Both last minute pinches & I'm so grateful to have had this option bc it's a great value, super yummy, perfect amounts & it was delivered super fast from a half hour away!! This is my go to when I need to figure out a good family meal, last minute that's tasty & reasonably priced. "

"Simply the best. I have visited in person a few times, and they change their menu seasonally. Every bite of everything I have tasted there was like seventh heaven. As such, I was extremely eager to see they offer delivery now.
The Crispy Pork Ribs were done better than any barbecue I have had in the area; I've tried plenty other and been disappointed every time. The Alabama white barbecue sauce is delicious and a fairly unique offering for the area.
The Market Deviled Eggs were cooked perfectly, and seasoned just as well. It's very clear that there's a lot of talent working in this kitchen; the old proverb goes that you can measure a chef by the way they cook their eggs, and these exemplify that spirit.
The Bourbon Smash Burger is great, and exactly what I was craving at the time. The quality of the ingredients are clear here, and I appreciate the balance of them. There's the perfect amount of lettuce on this burger, unlike many other places that bog it down. Also, you can replace your fries with macaroni and cheese, which I could not resist doing. I would love to know their secret for getting such an incredibly rich cheese sauce.
That's all for the food, onto the cocktails. They actually have alcohol, which I have not seen often on doordash.
The cocktails I ordered came perfectly cold and still plenty fresh. I have long mourned my inability to get cocktails delivered through this service, and lo and behold, Heritage prevails. Cheers!
The Painkiller is an excellent rendition of a cocktail I love. I am always happy to see rum cocktails getting some appreciation, as it is my spirit of choice. The Painkiller here is rich and creamy, and yet the fresh squeezed orange juice makes it surprisingly refreshing.
The Slow Burn was the star of the cocktails I've ordered, and it's my most recommended. It's noticeably spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. If you like slightly spicy food, these are a delicious way of pacing yourself.
In summation, absolutely fantastic!"
"General Tso's Cauliflower tasted nothing like General Tso. I thought the breading over powered the cauliflower. Mushy and no distinctive flavors. Would not order again.
Peanut Caesar Salad had no distinctive flavoring. The ingredients looked amazing but combined, did not deliver for me. Garlic in the dressing would have helped the dressing but nothing else. Picked onion taste over powered the salad. Again texture. Would not order this again. Ingredients were fresh.
Someone else may enjoy these items. It was not for me.
The s'mores dessert was very sweet. Ice cream help to cut the sweetness. Two person dessert for sure."
