"Compared to other Del Taco francizes around, inconsistent. A burrito has three ingredients beans, sauce and cheese. Near every time I've ordered from here, its all just beans and dry, if lucky a strand of cheese and a small dash of sauce. Especially since raising the prices, its not right to skimp out on ingredients like that. i'drather drive myself to one of the other francizes further away to get what I pay for. I hope that they start training people to provide consistent and quality food that the brand is usually known for."

"I was disappointed with this torta. It had very few ingredients and they were all missing. There were only a few pieces of diced chicken, two to three tablespoons of beans, a sprinkle of queso fresco, and just a few pieces of chopped lettuce. The bread was good, but it was dry without the other ingredients that would have made it a Torta. For $12, I expected more.
The empanada fritas were the only redeeming feature. They were fresh and had a great flavor, but again, the contents were missing. All the ingredients were great, but 75% of the meat had to have been missing. There was enough lettuce, but they must have been running low on other products today. I’ll try again, but two strikes are too many. If this next visit is or isn’t better, I’ll write another review. Fingers crossed!"

The horchata is watered down, and a little too sweet. I taste more of the sweetened condensed milk over any of the other flavors.

"Good sized portions, I'll give them that, but... when I pay extra for a side of guacamole I would prefer that 2/3 of it isn't black. When they put it in the container they could clearly see that it was black but they sent it out anyway. The "Fresh Lime Pie" was soggy mush, that didn't resemble the photo in any way.
The "Chicken & Elotes" really was a good portion size, but it was so spicy I couldn't eat most of it. I asked for the mild sauce and it WAS mild and flavorful, but the dish itself was covered in the spicy red sauce... I don't know if the mistake was mine or theirs but when I asked for mild sauce I didn't expect it to be " in addition to" the spicy sauce. I dug to the bottom and ate what I could- the rice was amazing! Lots of chicken, but I can't comment on the "Elotes" because everything just tasted like hot sauce.
I'm trying not to be a total negative Nancy, but if you're sensitive to spice, make it very clear that there is to be no hot sauce in the dish."
