We also got Pad Thai with beef + shrimp. Good portion. I would have liked to see more egg and bean sprouts in the dish as bean sprouts balance out the freshness vs. oil, and an ability to modify toppings such as carrot or green onions. I would have liked a little more flavor, but I am sure it'll improve! Overall good value."

The Pad Thai Tofu NDL barely had any tofu in it, and the eggs, sprouts, onions, and peanuts were pretty much all but non-existent. I'm also 99% sure that the tamarind sauce on it was made with a ton of ketchup too, but either way, it tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it out after a few bites.
