The arugula was fresh, the chicken was grilled just right (not too hard, seasoned well), and the two combinations of crispy rice and brown rice went very well. I added apples and avocado to the bowl, using the miso sesame ginger dressing which brought everything together beautifully. The bowl is bigger than I imagined! (I wonder what I could apply that saying in the future for...) I ordered the grilled Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Green Goddess Ranch, which was delicious.
