The beef was well seasoned, the pork tender, and the broth flavorful. There was a large ratio of meat to noodles; so the other ingredients (mushroom,marinated egg, and bok choy) were buried in the unami broth. "I was disappointed this time. The fried rice was very bland, and the Sunday morning sushi was overcooked and just didn’t taste right. The texture and flavor were off.
I used to go to Mr. Sushi years ago and the food was good and consistent back then, which is why this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality seems to have gone downhill.
