"The packaging was awful. It was greasy everywhere. There was barely chips and it was soggy, the meat was in big chunks. The cold drink was also placed on top the food which is ridiculous. Beverages should always be packaged separately. My advice is serve the food with paperbag and beverages in different plastic bag. I would also like to suggest Clayton Kebab House to just stick to lamb as they aren't very good with chicken :( "

Had tried a few other chicken wraps that have chunks of chicken over the years not doner kebab, and they were decent enough, & initially my first purchase here that's what i thought i was buying, not doner kebab.
Well, I'm grateful i was confused, as the first experience was so good, I've been back multiple times now to purchase the same items Chicken Wrap with extra meat + Large Chips and every time the quality has been spot on, fresh, & tasty. The chips are so nice. They have a crunch and a softness to them.

"It was late at night yes, but they took so long to confirm the order that we ordered from somewhere else, and then suddenly they'd confirmed it but it still was half an hour later than originally estimated. food was good upon arrival but we ended up with double food as we ordered elsewhere assuming the place was closed as it had been 10+ minutes to confirm our order from the restaurant so we gave up on them.
