My comment below is specific to DoorDash. On DoorDash you can't make changes to the standard order for example requesting "no hot sauce" though you can leave a comment. In my experience the comments are not read. I can't tolerate hot sauce. For me the hot sauce they use is extremely spicy so I can't eat it. I tried to eat around it, but it's spread all over and is very difficult to avoid. My two DoorDash orders requested "no hot sauce" but it came both times. I now realize that I can't order on DoorDash because there is not a way to reliably request changes. I didn't request a refund because I can't expect that they will be able to accommodate a request through a comment. I hope they add the option to make edits to their orders. It's great to be able to order for delivery when I am working and can't leave to pickup my food."
