"Honestly I've been craving collard greens since we left South Carolina so that's what drew me in. Gotta say the catfish Mac n cheese and collard greens, black eyed peas and fried okra are amazing. Damn near identical to what you'd get in the south. My only complaint is with the collard greens. They're good but inconsistent. Sometimes they're loaded with turkey pieces other times there's none and there no bacon pieces which I know not everyone uses but makes me sad. They're also more on the soupy side vs the ones you get in the south that have a thicker greasier more flavorful liquid. But like I said everything is amazing especially to get this in Colorado.
