"This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."

I ordered some chicken drumsticks with my chicken platter (both amazing btw) and the drumsticks came with an additional piece. Its so silly but that made my day. The note said "We added an extra piece of chicken! :)" There arent many restaurants that are affordable and do little things like that. Plus it doesnt hurt that the food is always so good from here. You often change my order without informing me, the prices are high, and the portions are very small. I recently ordered beef shawarma, but the meat was of very poor quality, and I honestly couldn’t tell what kind of meat it was. I also ordered mandi, and the rice was cold and in such a small portion that it looked like it was made for birds.
I’m very disappointed, especially since I had hoped things would improve. I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your food quality and service."
