"The food was good, but they packaged it with the whipped cream sitting on top of a hot cup of soup---it arrived totally melted."
"The croissant was too toasted and didn't cover the sandwich. Not a pleasant thing to eat. The side is just lettuce and some balsamic. Really underwhelming for the price."

"Delicious and I LOVE that they don't use plastic!
We love the salmon, salads, octopus, burgers chicken, soups - all delicious!. I wish they'd go back to the buratta with the tomato and pine nuts instead of the plums . The other was AMAZING! Soups are really good. Haven't had a bad meal there. (Except when they changed the burratta) "
"I normally love Autograph Brasserie- but I will not order delivery again. My salmon dish was pretty pathetic for $35.... a few raw potatoes and a single mushroom .
Chicory Shrimp salad was pretty blah for $29. Lettuce was wilted and barely any flavor. There was maybe 2 pear slices and 3 small shrimp. "

"omg the TGB Smash Burger was sooo good. I was nervous because a previous review said her burger was rare so I called and asked them to make it well done. she told me they couldn't do that based on the way it was cooked, but my TGB Smash Burger had no pink in it. the Herb Fries were amazing. everything was delicious and would def be back if I wasn't visiting from Ohio!!!"
"Honestly the food is mid for the price for $18 you could buy a large pizza much better made than this. The pizza wasn't warm and the dough was pretty chewy just overall not to great. The egg rolls were pretty great they were warm the shell was nice and crunchy the flavors all mixed very well and the sauce they give you was great. One problem I did have with the egg rolls though was that it showed in the photo showcasing them 4 egg rolls so of course I would assume 4 come with it. Just 2 eggs rolls for $13.50. I don't know about you guys but paying 6.75 for a single egg roll doesn't sound right to me. Overall I would probably never order food there again."

"The food is amazing. It's always tasty, fresh, and wonderful. I would completely give five stars every time if it wasn't for one tiny thing. Every single time I order, they're out of something. Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.
Their food is SO good, that I continue to order and will continue to order even though it's a lottery as to what I'll receive."

"Best place around for Build Your Own Omelette's!!!! Offers so many choices with no additional cost. Will DEFINITELY continue ordering my faves from here. Delicious "
"This restaurant is just the west chester diner masquerading as a boutique pancake restaurant. The food looked nothing like the photos and was disgusting. Strawberry pancakes were actually three rubbery buttermilk pancakes with some strawberries and strawberry sauce slopped on top. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was a greasy omelet folded between the two sides of a stale English muffin. No redeeming qualities on any items that we ordered. We all ate just enough to not be hungry but threw most of it away. Also it was sooooo expensive! $8.99 for a side of four strips of bacon? TINY and greasy strips of barely cooked bacon. And it took 80 minutes! Don't eat here!!!"

"Three of my last four orders included a drink, either the Abita Rootbeer or the Hanks, and it has been forgotten every single time by the restaurant. I've called to confirm with the hostess, yet tracking down a $4 reimbursement each time is not worth the energy. They should stop offering drinks as a menu item through delivery services since this repeat behavior. Also, the Buffalo Chicken stock photo is not a true representation of the pizza that is actually half the size."

"Not only is this easily some of the best, most consistent food I've had in the entire greater Philadelphia area ... but you can rest assured that when that steak gets to you it is perfectly cooked. Not overdone, not undercooked, perfect.. they give you all of the qualities of fine dining in the comfort of your home. And that goes beyond the food... their service is incredible. If you ever have an issue they make it right 10x over. When I order from here I can just sit back, wait (never too long either) and know that they're taking care of me. 11/10. I would upload photos of my food but I just eat it too fast I can't wait to take a photo. "

"Colossal disappointment. Don't waste your money on this. More bread than meat (laughable meat to bread ratio).

"This was my first time trying Parlor doughnuts. I got the turtle, Raspberry Jelly Filled, blueberry hill and the Strawberry Shortcake. These doughnuts are much bigger than I expected. Super light and fluffy and delicious. The only one I did not like was the flavor of the raspberry jelly one. The raspberry one tasted too much like perfume I couldn't taste the actual raspberry flavor at all."
"Such a disappointment. I was so excited to see there was finally vegan donuts near me.The texture was so crumbly I had to eat them with a fork. I felt the actual donut should've had the majority of the flavor not the icing. They were both drowned in the icing which made it entirely too sweet."

"Beet and goat cheese salad was absolutely delicious. Every ingredient mixed so well together. I didn't look up from my plate until it was all gone. Highly recommend "
"The kitchen staff must NOT like beets!
For $14- I certainly expected BEETS like the amount of beets in the menu photo. Instead I received a measley few thin 1/2 slices on top of mostly lettuce. I will not order this again. This was the first time we ordered delivery from here and we were looking to make it a regular thing. Combined with the excessive salt in the Quinoa bowl, I don't see it happening again soon."

"Waffles were absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that I paid $4.00 extra for strawberries and bananas and I expected more than 1 1/2 strawberries, and a minced couple slices of banana. That said, id highly recommend the waffles and use your own fruit or topping."
"While everything was good it was far too overpriced. $5 for 3 pieces of Side Bacon? $2 chocolate chips and $2 blueberries topping charge on the Buttermilk Pancakes - 1? A bag of chocolate chips cost $5.... Just seems wrong. Ordering out should be a treat, not a financial burden, especially for simple breakfast items. The experience is often overshadowed by the feeling of being taken advantage of, which can tarnish what could have been a delightful meal. Ultimately, it's the value for money that keeps patrons returning, and this place might need to reconsider its pricing strategy."

"This is my second time ordering and this place should truly have no less than 4.8 stars. The food was FANTASTIC!! The Lobster Bisque is seriously amazing. For delivery I am even more impressed! It is packaged very well with big fresh chunks of lobster. The Jumbo Pretzel was delicious and we loved the beer cheer just wish we had the option to pay for extra cheese. In the past we've tried the shrimp flatbread which was also great. Overall food was fresh, well made, delicious, great portions, and well worth the money! Can't wait to try more on the menu!!"

"First off, it is an, for me, expensive restaurant. however given it's location prices are probably right.
I ordered the Seafood Alfredo, and it was totally worth the price. The only thing I would change is to take the tails off the shrimp. I really don't like eating a great meal and having to stop to remove tails, lol. Then your fingers are covered in the best Alfredo sauce I've ever had, and I've had plenty from different resturants, lol.
From the moment I took the lid off and the awesome smell hit my nose my mouth started watering. Then my taste bugs thought they were in heaven with each bite.
i HIGHLY recommend you give it a try.
I did think the rolls that came with it were over cooked to a dark brown.
I also ordered the Beer Battered Onions Rings. I also thought they were over cooked to a dark brown. The onions were mush, but they were good enough to eat, I don't think I'd order them again. However, as a treat, I'd definitely order many times.
Thank you for reading my review, I hope it helps. Have a great night."

"best burgers and cheesesteak egg rolls!"
"The order was not what we expected. The cheese steak nachos had very little meat or cheese on them, and both salads came with no dressing on them. Not our usual experience. I wish they would take the time to really look at the order before they give it to the delivery person. These are not the kinds of things a door dasher can see by reviewing the items."
