However, the salmon cakes were not cooked all the way through and are very mushy and so soggy the home fries are great. The grits came with cheese automatically, but I didn't have an option to remove it. I don't like cheese on my grits, but I did eat them anyway. Although the portion was quite large, I couldn't eat the salmon cakes. The homemade fries and the toast and grits seem fresh. I'm not too sure about the salmon cakes. I would order again, but I will stick to my breakfast sandwich sandwiches."
