"The eggs are always very fresh and yummy. The only thing I found wrong with my order was that my side of white toast for both orders was missing. Usually everything is correct, but other than that, the food was great. The garlic mashed potatoes are something I would order again! In the future, I will order the regular buttermilk pancakes instead of the silver dollar ones in the future, because those are normally fluffier. As someone who considers himself a true foodie and has enjoyed Italian cuisine at countless restaurants over the years, I can honestly say that my recent meal at Domani Restaurant was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in a very long time.
The lobster ravioli was simply exceptional. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, authentic, and beautifully handcrafted. It had that rare quality that instantly makes you feel as though you're enjoying a homemade family recipe passed down through generations. The pasta was perfectly prepared, the filling was generous and flavorful, and the balance of flavors was absolutely outstanding.
The true star of the evening, however, was the Rigatoni Bolognese. I do not say this lightly: it was probably the best Bolognese I have had in many years. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente, with just the right texture and bite. The sauce was rich, hearty, deeply flavorful, and clearly prepared with care, patience, and high-quality ingredients. Every forkful delivered the kind of comforting, authentic Italian flavor that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the meal. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. Every dish reflected pride, passion, and craftsmanship.
