"Who doesn't love Culver's? I'd say it's the best burger from a fast food establishment. So I had no issues with the food. The issue was with items missing from the order. I was missing pretzel bites, a cheese sauce, all the sauces that came with the value meals, and last but not least my husband's fries, which I didn't notice until I came home from driving to Culver's to get my missing items.
It was a rough day and I was looking forward to comfort food magically showing up at my door. When I realized items were missing I hopped in the car and drove the few miles to the store. The employees were so very nice and apologized profusely. I understand sh*t happens. Along with my items the manager gave me a coupon for a free meal and told me I could pick out a custard to take home, which I happily did. It worked out for Culver's because I can't imagine my life now without their chocolate pecan caramel custard and will be going there (probably weekly lol) for this heaven sent dessert.
I want to acknowledge the staff and manager as they went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Thank you gals!"

"Vegetable have that very obviously post frozen texture when you don't cook them properly. They were spongy and watery and bland. Corn was supposed to be on the cob and not worth the $5 I paid for it. No cojita cheese and no seasoning. Steak was too salty which would be forgivable if it wasn't overcooked and tough to eat. The burnt ends were neither burnt nor slow cooked to tenderize the meat, and it was like chewing an overcooked fatty porkchop. the brisket was very fatty, and there is no option to select lean brisket when ordering. I ordered the plain chicken tenders as the 3rd option, and it for sure saved the meal as a whole since they were well cooked and also still juicy with great flavor. Southern BBQ is one of my favorite meals, and I was not impressed by this place. Portions for the price were also disappointing. This was our first experience here, and we will not be ordering again."
