"This was my first visit to Chick-fil-a for a dinner meal. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ Spicy Filet Meal reluctantly. I'm not a fan of Spicy food, however, it just sounded so great I decided to try it. "Spicy" is a relative description but, in this case it happened to be right on. I found it to be too spicy for my taste. The BBQ sauce is very nice. The brown sugar and pepper bacon tasted just like bacon that was undercooked with absolutely no sweetness to it. The Chicken was a really nice size breast. It was fried to a very nice crispiness and was very tender. I ordered a Chocolate Milkshake as well. That was the most vanilla Chocolate Milkshake I have ever had. Either I received a vanilla milkshake by mistake or there is barely any chocolate in their milkshakes. "I ordered a regular cheesesteak and loaded cheesesteak fries, but what I received was not as described. The sandwich was excessively spicy and inedible, and the fries consisted of a small portion with only a minimal amount of cheese and no meat included. As a result, I was unable to eat either item.
I made multiple attempts to contact your establishment the evening of the delivery, but was unable to reach anyone. Given this experience and the lack of response, I do not anticipate returning as a customer."
