"Not only did they forget half of my order, and I had to drive back. They forgot the queso. When I had to returned to pick up the rest the manager said chips and queso orders DO NOT come with chips. The menu photo literally has chips and queso in the pic. So $4 for a a few tablespoons of cheese. I also ordered a side of rice. There are no listed size volumes. So long story short I spent $10 and wasted my gas to pick up a paper bag with a tiny rice saucer. What a rip off and HORRIBLE customer service. Never again."

"This is the 2nd time I've been to Taco Cabana ever; this location specifically too. The people are friendly and helpful. The food itself I'm still on the fence about. I went for lunch the first time and got 1 steak and 1 chicken taco. The chicken I was not impressed with, but the steak was great, small chunks and great flavor. I asked for the salsa fuego and they gave me salsa roja, which tasted ok. I got a side of salsa ranch to try and it was tasty. This time I ordered online and picked it up. I did get the Chips and Salsa Fuego which has a tiny kick that I liked. The Steak Fajita Quesadillas was a joke. The size was perfect (about the size of a small pizza), but the filling was almost non-existent, disappointing in flavor, missing ingredients. It was just cheese and minced steak meat, no peppers or onions were present. I paid about $16 for that; huge let down. I also tried their bacon and egg w/cheese Breakfast Tacos and overall that was ok."

"I love their shrimp tostadas. Very fresh, with only a thin layer of refritos, a super crunchy base, and several jumbo shrimp. They also give you plenty of lettuce, avocado, and sour cream.
Their refritos and rice are great. The cheese enchiladas are good.
I'm not a fan of their barbacoa. I like it leaner, but if you like more fat, you will probably like it.
The only really terrible thing they have is their chile con queso. Taquerias aren't really known for their queso anyway, but the queso at this place is far worse than the gallon can Rico's used at little league games. They should stop serving this immediately. If you eat there, they give it free with your chips - that is never a good sign."

I've ordered this plate at least 4 times and EVERY TIME, it's consistently ON POINT.
I personally like my fish fried extra hard and even when I forget to make that distinction; they get it right!
Also, I have to S/O Key and the servers that have served me all the different times I've been inside to pick up my food.
They are nice, they smile AND greet you..
which is not an experience that is common at other urban establishments.
