The foul also was good, and the hummus was tasty too, but I didnโt really enjoy the meat topping it had a meaty oily smell that wasnโt for me.
But once again, the stars of the meal were the Kibda (Liver) and the Shakshooka Scramble Iโve had them many times at the restaurant and I didnโt expect them to arrive this good as delivery -considering we donโt live close. But they were just as perfect as eating them at the restaurant & even better as this time I could go straight to the only thing you truly need after a meal like this,, lying down and fully embracing the food coma :)!!

My 100% Afghani partner who came to the states from Afghanistan back in 2022 was at a truck stop resting in between trips and he was in the mood for Real Authentic Afghanistan food just like home.
The Kabuli pulao was excellent, he said the meat was fresh. This satisfied him and was authentic and approved.
(If you're new to Afghani food, your first try should always be the Kabuli Pulao, as that is Afghanistans national dish!)
The Naan was also perfect, he said it was "really good naan" - another approval!
Now he didn't order anything else, so we don't know how the rest of the food tastes, but if they got the Kabuli Pulao right then it deserves a 5 star rating !
The food came with salat (fresh veggies) on the side to crunch on between bites which gives to refreshness .
Portion was standard for Kabuli Pulao which is A Lot in my opinion. 2 people could share one portion if they wanted to.

Youโd also definitely miss that signature tangy flavor on the sandwiches bread
One more thing: if youโre serving food in a box that needs to stay flat, donโt package it in a handled bag the moment the dasher lifts the bag by the handles the food slides into a corner. Of course the one who picks it up should carry it carefully too but the packaging should be designed to prevent that from happening in the first place. Simply use bags with a wider base for these orders so it stays flat during transport.
Overall, this is a hard pass for me."

"LAVA PASTA does not come with shrimp like the description says, apparently since i received none... but the flavor of just the pasta is amazing, but very spicy, which i dont mind, but some may. the Greek Salad was put into the same bag as the pasta, so it was a bit wilted by the time it arrived. the dressing is basically just oil and vinegar and they added cilantro to the salad, which i thought was an odd choice, but it was ok. Pasta bread was good and very nice price. the Tiramisu Cake had berries and chocolate syrup which strays from tradition, but the cake itself was actually very very good. all in all, it was a quite delectable meal that i would order again, although i would add shrimp to the pasta next time."
